Antoine Albeau is allegedly about to join Starboard!! After a long career with AHD, it sounds as though the time has come for the French allrounder to make a split. 2005 has been a great year for Antoine as he wins the European and World Formula Championships and finishes 3rd overall in the PWA racing. Antoine has been racing on a 3 year old AHD Formula board so it will be interesting to see how he does on the highly competitive Starboard Formula!!<br /><br />Micah Buzianis has been a long time with North Sails. He has been one of their key testers and their most successful racer over recent years. However, when news came in earlier this year that Bjorn had joined North Sails and that the North test center was relocating from Maui to Gran Canaria, we wondered what the future held for Maui based Micah. Well, it looks like the future for Micah is Neil Pryde! Micah will join Antoine and Wojtek to head up the Neil Pryde race team and is likely to be playing a key role in the Neil Pryde testing on Maui.<br /><br />Peter Volwater is short of a sail sponsor after Arrows failed to renew any of their sponsored rider contracts. We hear from a reliable source that Peter will be signing with North Sails next year. Peter has specialised mainly in waves and super-x over the past few years, but this year we have seen him in action in slalom at the PWA Sylt event and more recently at the Formula worlds, where he finished a very credible 16th overall at his first International Formula event.
