Creative Department Manager<br /><br />
Naish International is actively seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with 5 years experience in managing Graphic Design staff. Management position -- must be the right team fit with a positive approach.<br /><br />
Responsible for all departmental projects, strategy, staff, and budgets. Guides and supervises design team on all projects from concept to final production including:<br />
a) product graphics; b) print materials; c) advertising; and d) website production. Oversees quality control of all workflow while maintaining deadlines. Act as primary liaison with product developers, General Manager, President and outside vendors.<br /><br />
Job Requirements:<br />
1) 5 years of management experience.<br />
2) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br />
3) Strong Mac skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.<br />
4) Production experience with understanding of prepress.<br />
5) Graphic design experience.<br />
6) Moderate IT experience with Mac & PC.<br />
7) Must live in or being willing to relocate to Maui, Hawaii.<br /><br />
